Delete your DropMarket account

This public page explains how DropMarket users can request account deletion and how personal data is handled during that process. It is designed to be used as the public account deletion URL for app-store compliance, including Google Play.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your DropMarket account, contact support by email and tell us that you want your account deleted.

  • Email support at martin.bissiger@hotmail.com
  • Send the request from the email address linked to your account when possible
  • If needed, DropMarket may ask for limited additional information to verify account ownership before deletion is processed

Data that is deleted

Once a valid deletion request is processed, DropMarket will remove or schedule removal of the personal data associated with your account that is no longer required to operate the service.

  • Profile data such as display name, bio, saved preferences, and account settings
  • Login methods, sessions, refresh tokens, and device-related account access data
  • Listings, drafts, uploaded listing media, favorites, and saved searches tied to the account
  • Personalized onboarding and recommendation signals associated with the account
  • Messages and support data that are no longer required for legal or security purposes

Data that may be retained temporarily

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period after an account deletion request. This can happen when retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, transaction, or audit reasons.

  • Records relating to transactions, disputes, or legal claims
  • Security logs, abuse-prevention data, and fraud or moderation signals
  • Minimal technical and audit records needed to document actions taken on the platform
  • Backup copies that are automatically deleted during normal backup rotation cycles

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and is then deleted or anonymized.
